<div>I've never seen Hawkwind (or related artists) live and have never seen any videos/DVDs. I've always read what an experience the live performances can be and occasionally see videos (legal or otherwise) available. However, considering that they are one of the most irresponsibly packaged bands in history, I'm wary as to forking over cash for any. Can anyone recommend any of the videos that float around in the ether? Or at least give honest opinions on the ones they've seen? Palace Springs really cliqed with me and allowed me to initial access to hawkspace; both the presence of Simon House's violin and Bridgett Wishart's vocals make this an interesting one. <br/> <br/>Space Ritual is a classic monster. Lemmy's bass blows me away--he's like the nuclear propulsion force that drove that band to such frenzied heights.
